Exchange Policy:
Moonchylde Collective currently offers store credit. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. Jewelry, sunglasses, intimates, hair accessories & Sale items cannot be exchanged. Your exchange must be sent within 14 days of your receipt of the ordered merchandise. Item(s) must be in original unused condition, and all tags, cards, boxes and/or pouches must be included with your return. If you fail to send your return in 14 days from return initiation date, your return request will be voided. Clothing must be unworn, unwashed, no perfurm, no animal hair, no makeup or deodorant stains. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Once your item is received and processed, you will be issued a code with the store credit.

If a package is lost or damaged in transit, it is the responsibility of the customer to request a claim via USPS. If a package is mishandled, stolen or lost, we do not claim responsibility for compensation or reimbursement.
Repairs:
Please contact us or email us at hello@moonchyldecollective.com with any repair inquiries. Depending on the situation, we may extend free repairs, less shipping. Tarnishing does not constitute as a repair.
